COVID19 UPDATE

We wanted to take a moment to address the growing concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). La Marche is constantly staying ahead by closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19. We’ve instituted a pandemic response plan company-wide that includes health and safety protocols so we can continue to serve you. We anticipate that these will be further enhanced based on developing information over the next couple of weeks.

We are taking appropriate action and precautions regarding sanitization and travel restrictions. Resources are being provided to deliver up-to-date education and training of employees on infection control and good personal hygiene. This includes promoting frequent and thorough hand-washing and alcohol-based hand rubs, providing tissues, disinfectants and disposable towels for workers to clean their work surfaces. We are actively encouraging all employees to be absent from work if exhibiting any signs or symptoms of being ill (whether mild or moderate). We have limited all nonessential travel and have put in place a strict approval process. If and when mandated by federal and local health authorities, considerations will be taken to implement a telecommuting plan based on workload and incorporating staggered shifts to promote social distancing.

We want to assure you that we are working closely with our key vendors and suppliers to monitor any potential supply chain disruption or material shortages that may impact us. We are working to maintain the flow of product or find alternatives from unaffected areas, where supplies may be limited. La Marche is committed to taking all the steps necessary to provide a safe work environment and to minimize any disruption of service to our valued customers. To date, we have experienced no impacts to deliveries and will inform you promptly if the situation changes. We will continue to adapt and change our policies as events unfold.

The challenges that this outbreak has caused to communities worldwide is likely not similar to anything that we have seen before. All of us currently find ourselves having to process our way through a period of uncertainty and an increased level of risk. The well-being of our customers is our highest priority and we appreciate your understanding as we all navigate through this rapidly changing environment. We remain committed to being flexible, responsive and to keep you informed of any changes we make as we all hope for a return to normalcy soon.

Stay Healthy and Best Regards,
Raj Dhiman
