Business Development Specialist

Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, fulfils both short and long-term business goals to achieve sales objectives of the company.
The duties and responsibilities are:
·         Developing growth strategies and plans
·         Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
·         Increasing customer base
·         Continuing to develop an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
·         Writing business proposals
·         Negotiating with current and potential customers
·         Interface with customers to create new business opportunities by contributing to design efforts and presenting appropriate solutions and product positioning
·         Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
·         Lead efforts across multiple teams to develop permanent design improvements for future product needs
·         Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
·         Following industry trends US-wide and internationally
·         Drafting and reviewing contracts
·         Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Engineering.  Three years of experience in the position offered and/or three years experience as a Customer Interfacing and Support Engineer.  Experience in the Telecommunications industry is required, (24/-48V) DC power supplies. Experience in EZBFo External batteries and Float Cum Boost Chargers (FCBC) is required.Related experience must include three years of experience interfacing with customers to create new business opportunities by contributing to design efforts and presenting appropriate solutions and product positioning; leading efforts across multiple teams to develop permanent design improvements for future project needs
